Issue:

Keeping and then disseminating “secure information” within a large organization office is becoming close to impossible to secure and assure only the “right eyes” see specific content.

Solution:

Example 1: Physical files. By placing a ZorID™ label onto a physical file, you can scan and authenticate file material and when provided to other staff, require they read the label to accept the passage of the asset and also show the time and date of the occurrence. Basically a physical blockchain of sorts and chain of custody. In addition, those outsiders that may wish access may be restricted by the level of clearance required. Whether staff or client, they may be required to authenticate their personal information to determine accessibility. In this case, the ZorID™ is being used as a digital key to access the secure information.

Example 2: Digital files. Scanning a user's ZorCard™ when accessing digital information, allows an organization to grant access to only that information that the user is authorized to access.The ZorCard™ bececause the digital "key" to access the information.
